Rachael Smith has worked for more than 20 years in advertising at major agencies in Toronto. As an entrepreneur today, she runs a successful media consulting group – Willow Media. She is also the owner of a local newspaper in the Beaches area of Toronto.

Rachael is also a cancer survivor, having been diagnosed in 2004 with breast cancer. This was behind the inspiration of the creation of Yard Sale for the Cure, which she launched in 2005 – with the help of her husband and group of friends.

Rachael also enjoys staying active through sports, reading, creative activities, family & friends and travel.
She is the proud mother of two teenage daughters, her greatest joy.
