Patricia specializes in interpreting and developing business systems and best practices based on certification standards such as ISO9000; Best Managed Companies; Best Places to Work; and industry-specific programs such as Certified Female Friendly Automotive Dealerships. Many of Patricia’s clients have been first in their industry or first in Canada to attain certification. Patricia’s clients are known for implementing sustainable business systems that improve in rapidly changing environments. Patricia is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the ICF/GTA Chapter. She was featured in the Toronto Star “2005 Get-A-Life” coaching program.
