Marie Lorenzo is an environmental feminist deeply interested in global sustainability and finding ways to achieve this transformation. She is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Women's Healthy Environments Network (WHEN), which has been active for the past seven years. She is committed to WHEN’s mission: to connect women to vital information in order to empower citizens to take action for the prevention of environmental harm. Marie is also a participant in Shifting Society’s Goals, an Internet-based think tank which is exploring measuring national well-being with a happiness index and all that that entails.
