Ingrid has directed and produced 4 sailing films. Three which are on rotation on CBC. www.sailingaroundtheworld.tv Ingrid's brother sails on the Canadian Olympic sailing team and as herfamily is heavily involved in sailing and as she grew up sailing as a child she was the perfect candidate to shoot sailing films. It was a pleasure being on board such an amazing 60ft sailing boat. These boats are equivalent to or are known as the formula one of sailboat racing. Also sailboat filming is tricky as you shoot from crash boats and helicopters so capturing what you need is fun but can be difficult and pretty scary in heavy wind conditions.
