Christel Wintels is a founding national franchise partner and Vice President Operations, Ontario with the Referral Institute Canada. The Referral Institute is a training company specializing in referral generation training. As a Referral Institute Canada partner she is a master trainer for the Certified Networker Program, the Referral Pipeline Program, A Roomful of Referrals (and how to network with them) and Referral Success 101. Christel first discovered referral marketing when she joined a Toronto chapter of Business Network International to build referrals for her advertising agency. BNI is the largest referral exchange network in the world. With the introduction to BNI, Christel found her calling. What better way to be successful than to help others achieve success? Since joining BNI, Christel has been the Marketing Director for BNI Canada; is currently the Executive Director and Franchise Owner for BNI Golden Horseshoe and has received Outstanding Achievements Awards from BNI both nationally and internationally, including Director of the Year. Being a firm believer in “in what goes around, comes around” Christel has written numerous articles about the art of networking and how to build lifetime referrals through the philosophy of “Givers Gain.” She writes a weekly Networking Nugget and is a contributing author to the bestselling “Masters of Sales” book.
