Lisa Berry is the guest star in SyFy’s Haven, Showcase’s XIII: The Series and Cinemax’s Transporter. She also stars alongside Laurence Fishburne in the film, The Colony. Recently, Berry has been selected to be in the ballot nominations for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences 64th Primetime Emmy® Awards under the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or A Movie category. Lisa has been recognized for her role as Stella Marz in TNT’s Silent Witness. She starred in the Tarragon Theatre’s 2012-2013 Season Production of This Is War, a play set in 2008 where Canadian Forces are holding Panjwaii, the most volatile region of Afghanistan, with very little support from NATO-ISAF. Tanya, Lisa’s character, is a soldier struggling with the choices she has made throughout the war, wanting to do what she feels is right even if it means challenging protocol. Lisa graduated from the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts and has worked at both the Stratford and Shaw Festivals with notable leading roles including Mayme in Intimate Apparel. She has been dubbed in the industry as one to watch out for.
