She has earned many awards of distinction including, Mississauga “Woman of the Year”; “District 60 Toastmaster of the Year”; the Ontario Certificate for Excellence in Human Resources, and the “Pinnacle Business Woman of Distinction ” for excellence in education and training.

Judy is the Past-President of the Hamilton Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. She is a member of The International Federation of Professional Speakers, Toastmasters International, and the Human Resource Professionals Association of Ontario. In addition to her role as Motivational Humorist, Corporate Trainer, Manuscript Developer and author, she is also a Professor at Sheridan College.
